First Post Alert 📢

Hey all, I wanted to let everyone in on what I've been working on currently and some new changes in my career! I want to use this page as a window into all things Real Estate, particularly when it comes to buying flip houses and real estate investments!
As many of you know, I have worked for a company, Buck Buys House's, LLC for the last 4 years. We specialize in buying "off market" properties or houses that are not currently listed, to then we flip them.

In May, I started taking Real Estate courses and in July, I offixially became a licensed broker. I have since had the opertynity to step up into a larger role with a related company, Heaton Dainard Real Estate.

Heaton Dainard is a full service Real Estate company specializing in residential investments for clients looking to flip as well as buy & hold rentals and multifamily properties long term. I have worked along side Heaton Dainard my entire Real Estate career and can honestly say they are the Gold Standard in Real Estate investing. I feel privileged to step into this new role as Acquisitions Broker for Pierce County!

Basically I review all properties hitting the market and make offers on the ones that will be profitable to our investor clients! While my role for the last 4 years was similar in the fact that I was evaluating and making offers on properties, they were only houses Off on the market. Also, before I didn't interact with our clients (the ones actually buying and doing the renovations), I just handed the deals I got over to the person previously in my role. Now it is my job to not only find and evaluate properties, but also to handle all client relations in Pierce County.
