2) Get a secured credit card
3) Pay your credit card bill on time for 6 months

The best advice to give someone wanting to buy or sell real estate…..Listen to your agent! We live and breathe real estate and we know what’s going on in the housing market. The neighbors advice does not count, momma and daddy’s who think you can get a 600k dollar house for 250k is not realistic. I do this job because I love to help people it’s not about the money it’s about relationships….
