Update on the sewer line negotiation:

We got the original request negotiated down and thought we had it handled.

Then the addendum came over with extra language that could have cost my sellers another $5,500.

This is why you don’t just sign or assume everything is correct, you have to read & understand what you’re agreeing to.

Everything is worked out now, but this is exactly why details matter in a Real Estate transaction.

The reason?

“Just in case.”
