But when it comes to what your home is actually worth, it doesn’t get the final say.

Your home’s value is based on more than what your neighbor sold for or what an online estimate says. Recent sales, location, condition, updates, size, features, and the current market all matter.

So before your house starts sending you more unsolicited opinions…
