Yes we just closed on our very first home 🥰🥰

Right before the holidays we decided to take the leap (not a lot of competition now 😉😉and found the perfect home for our family. We saw a few before deciding on this one , obviously co-signed by Ms. Peyton (her request was 2 floors 🙄🤣)

My parents (RIP) , her grandma (RIP) and GOD had their hands in this deal. I negotiated so good we ended up getting a check cut back to us at closing 🤣🤣🤣🏆and it appraised for more! (Which I knew it would because I did my research prior) It was truly meant to be!

Thank you to REAL ESTATE!!!! Being able to be the agent on my OWN house helped us save money AND make it at the same time thanks to me getting my commission off it as well.
