NAR stands for the National Association of Realtors for those who didn’t know.

Quick Tip: lack of inventory means a few different things but to me the most important is how it affects the value of homes. It is going to be super interesting to see how this all plays out in the next few months.

I expect a drop in prices just given the statistics 📉. Home sales dropped regionally in the month of July or another way to put it is the number of unsold listings rose 4.8% according to NAR research data specialist.

In my personal opinion the market is shifting ever so slightly and with the way things are going I expect it to continue in that direction. Realistically speaking anything can happen in this market.
