It's a fitting week to share that I'm so thankful for the former owners of this property who put their trust in us to get their home sold where they lived for the last 56 years since it was newly built! This home was listed on 11/8, under contract after that first weekend's showings with 4 great offers in hand, and closed on 11/22!!! If you're planning to downsize like these sellers were, or moving for any other reason please give me a call so we can make a plan for getting your home sold! Busy weekend! 4 great offers and under contract yesterday with closing scheduled for less than 3 weeks after offer acceptance. If you're worried about listing your home for sale now because the buyers aren't out there, think again! I'll share some "behind the scenes" stories about this one after it closes at the end of the month but in the meantime, give me a call or text me if you're thinking about selling your home soon or are looking to buy!

🚪 "Day in the life of a Realtor!" It’s not all house tours and contract negotiations—sometimes it’s the less glamorous side like… stuffing envelopes. Yep, I’m talking about revising a letter (probably 57 times) with help from my spouse and colleagues over the course of months before finally getting it out the door.

Then there’s the fun part: trying to verify homeowners' names! Crossing my fingers I don’t send a letter to someone who’s passed or a couple that split years ago. And don’t get me started on deciphering public records when an unmarried couple buys a home! The public records data entry employee will put in two first names, two last names in no particular order it seems... especially tricky when someone’s last name is also a common first name. 🤯

Anyway, here’s to stepping up my marketing game! Oh, and one last thing. Can we talk about the cost of stamps?! Thought I was grabbing them for $0.50-$0.59, but I had to do a double-take. 📬 Let's see how this all pans out! 🤞

Closed this rehabbed home in Boyertown School District earlier this week and we're excited for the buyers of our house. I spent a lot of time at this property planning out the rehab, overseeing the contractors, and even getting my hands dirty in some of the work myself!
