PSA attention Realtor friends if you have a 300K+ or even more listing. Putting little effort into buying a few accents from Hobby lobby or the Home Goods and calling it staging. DOES NOT do justice to your client.
Your commission alone on that price range is 9,000 if they pay the other agent is 18,000 commission that Seller is paying on both sides. I believe you can afford a 300 staging set from a local company or a more expensive designer appropriate for new builds that are high dollar!!
