Chick-fil-A is building its first restaurant in Royse City, located at 380 W. Interstate 30. The project is a ground-up new construction of a 5,090-square-foot restaurant, which will feature a drive-thru and stand-alone canopies. The estimated cost for the new build is $4,500,000.
Construction is scheduled to begin on October 6, 2025, and is expected to be completed by April 9, 2026.
