Hire a realtor that cares more about you and your best interests, than their commission.

Hire a realtor that values your feedback and opinion as a person, more than what the data tells them and uses the two together to make an informed decision.

Hire a realtor that listens to you.

Hire a realtor that will tell you the truth to the best of their ability, even if its not what you want to hear.
