There are over 750 million users on Facebook and they're looking for all kinds of things. This is just one more place your listing may find some exposure. This is a page for Ruidoso, Alto, Capitan, Ruidoso Downs and all of Lincoln County listings. If you are a licensed NM Realtor with Lincoln County listings, you may post your listings on this page. You may choose any format you prefer, so long as it is in compliance with NMRE Commission and RLCAR MLS rules, which are a minimum of the listing office's name and registered phone number. Each listing should have at least one photo, as well. If you choose video format, you will get more traction if you keep it under a minute and a half. I recommend Animoto for easy video production, but there is a charge for use of their professional series. Since there will not be a Contact tab on this page, you should also include all of YOUR contact information, so people can reach YOU if they want more info on your listing. If you see a listing not in compliance with the rules, please bring it to my attention, so I may remove it and advise the listing agent it needs a revision. Even mine...there are no crimes here, but we all make the occasional mistake. Realtors may post two of their listings per day until it begins to be too many. Then, we'll work it more like tour, on a first come/first serve basis, so as not to overwhelm the visitors we serve. Any Realtor may answer questions posted on the page. I hope this becomes a great community effort for showcasing Ruidoso area listings on Facebook. I am open to suggestions and comments.
