Make this make sense.

Unfortunately the MVC just imposed a $250 annual registration fee, to be increased $10 every year, for all EV’s. How does that incentivize clean energy cars and 0 emissions? I thought they were worried about supposed “global warming“. A regular car is $60. Is this the gas lobby doing?
So I just paid $340 to renew the registration on a 5 year old Tesla, and I will have to pay every year!
Who wrote this dumb law? Who passed it? How can we fight this?
