In the world of getting a mortgage, especially if you are a first time buyer. You need to trust the loan officer you are working with and the company they work for. 🏠
Common issues that I am hearing from clients that come to me after going through a bad experience with another lender, is as follows. 👇
1. No communication, not answering calls or emails.
2. Missing commitment dates and closing dates. In some cases the client loses their upfront deposit.
3. Promising an approval when in fact the lender didn’t even run credit or review income documents upfront.
