Real Estate Myth:
Agents make too much for what they do!

Myth debunked:
💵 We only get paid when a transaction closes.

🕛 It can take years working with a client before they buy or sell. A lot of them never do.

🤝 We negotiate several times on your behalf from offers, to terms, to credits, to repairs, to several other things that need to be agreed on to continue.

📆 We set appointments and coordinate several different moving parts throughout the time with our clients. Starting from showings coordinating emails, phone calls, messages, appointments for inspectors, appraisals, repairs, and many more.

💲 We have to pay just to keep our license in compliance and gain access to the MLS and realtor associations. Plus many other expenses.

💰We pay for continuing education, broker fees, marketing, etc.

🤔How many of you would work more than full time, be on call 24/7, and work over your vacation for a possible pay check maybe one day?

🤨Our actual paycheck is nowhere near what you see on paper when you are signing docs. We have so many deductions prior to taxes that would probably shock you.

♥️I LOVE my job because I get to help people. During any stage or phase I am here. I am honored to work for you and with you. I will guide and support you.

This one time I showed a house that had creepy Halloween dolls in several of the closets. One door...life size Freddy Kruger, then a clown, scary doll, etc. all were super creepy. Each time I was startled and I made a sort of noise that I cannot duplicate.
That is still less scary than some of the stories I have heard from people who "went with another agent that was a family member or friend out of obligation" and had a horrible experience. Don't make that mistake. I will walk beside you every step. Even if there is creepy stuff in the closets 😂
