Another project coming together 👷‍♂️

Wrapped up insulation on this one, full batts in the walls and ceilings. With a 2-foot deep tray and a shallow-pitch truss, it took some extra planning to get it right, but that’s the kind of detail that makes a difference long-term.

Drywall is scheduled to land Wednesday and will be going up shortly after. Always satisfying to see a job move into the next phase.

From Concept to Reality 🔨🏗️

It’s awesome seeing this 1500SF 3-car garage come to life! The roof is on, electrical work inside is wrapping up, and siding is just around the corner.

Its also always satisfying watching a project move from CAD to construction! 💡🚗📐

🚧 Project Update! 🛠️
We just started framing on a brand-new 3-car garage addition and the walls are up! Always exciting to see a project start taking shape.

This addition will give the homeowner plenty of space for vehicles, storage, and a clean, finished look that ties right into the existing home.

More updates to come as we move into roof framing and finish work!

✅ Garage is up!

The 24'x33'x14' metal garage is nearly complete! I am just waiting on the garage door install next week to finish it off. Excited to see this project come together from concrete to completion.

The frame is nearly finished and the vision’s starting to take shape.
There’s just something about working through a sunset that makes the effort worth it. Grateful for progress and the view.

Before ➡️ After: Kitchen Beverage Station Refresh!

We’re about 95% done with this kitchen remodel, and I couldn’t wait to share the transformation. Just a few finishing touches left, some touch-up paint and pantry doors, but it’s already a night-and-day difference.

🚧 Concrete is in!
Just poured the slab for a 24'x33'x14' metal garage we’ve got in the works. Permits are moving, garage is on order, and things are starting to take shape.
Can’t wait to see it go vertical! 🔩🛠️

Patio Cover Project – Complete!

What a transformation! We wrapped up this beautiful patio cover with all posts set, rafters up, sheathing installed, and the entire underside stained for a warm, finished look. Metal roofing is on, and it’s ready for years of backyard enjoyment.

Big thanks to our crew for the solid craftsmanship — and to the homeowners for trusting us with the space!

Two Days In — Look at the Progress!

In just 48 hours since our last update, we’ve got all the posts set, rafters up, and sheathing nearly complete.

Next up: stain and metal roofing to finish off this sharp-looking patio cover.

We’re moving fast and it’s coming together beautifully — can’t wait to show you the finished product!

660 SF Patio Cover Project Update!

Footings are complete, backfilled, and cured — and now we’re moving right along with setting posts, headers, and rafters for this custom patio cover!
It’s exciting to see the structure start to take shape. Stay tuned for more progress shots as we bring this project to life!
