JOB DESCRIPTION
Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. is a diversified, full service real estate company which is primarily engaged in the development, management, and ownership of multi-family rental housing and office properties. Established in 1981, the company has grown to manage over 4,000 apartment units, located primarily in Idaho.
We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to work 40 hours per week for multiple unit apartment communities in Rupert, ID.
Duties include light maintenance and janitorial work. This includes keeping the allocated property and all common areas clean, general trash duties, and maintaining the grounds.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a GED
Have 2 years or more experience performing maintenance tasks
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license to run errands for the company
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time
Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, bending, twisting, and stretching
Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
Able to shovel snow
Ability to wear personal protective equipment when necessary
Comfortable with height up to 25 feet

Have good organizational skills
Have good people skills
Have good time management and prioritization skills
Be courteous and professional at all times
A complete background check is required before hire and random drug testing is a part of continued employment. Employees are eligible for health benefits after 60 days of full-time employment. 401K and PTO eligibility is established after 6 months.
