Congratulations to our amazing Beekeeper, Sam's Honey Bees!!!

Entered my honey in the February 2026 Florida State Fair. Both entries won a first place, in the medium amber and dark honey categories. Both jars were pulled from the Circle Pond Tiny Community Apiary. This year I plan on extracting all three levels of amber honey and the dark. Honey is lighter in the Spring and darker in the Fall.
