Recent work includes repairing and refinishing the original oak flooring. We want to give a huge thank you to Top Dog Hardwood Floors here in Russell for doing such a great job. We think the floors look stunning🤩.

And to round out the sneak peeks of the layouts in the lofts, we have one more 1 bed 1 bath. This is a corner unit located at the back of the lofts on the third floor. This room has a lot of natural sunlight shining throughout it.

Here is a 1 bed 1 bath that is located on the first floor. The construction for this specific room is slightly different from our other layouts. The bedroom is located just slightly above the living room and kitchen in a little nook.

Over the past few weeks we have been sharing the baseline work that has been done on the lofts. We decided it was time to share a few pictures and videos of how the interior is coming along.

Once the architectural plans were completed, we were able to start framing the entirety of the hotel. This started in October of 2024 and was completed in Spring of 2025. The pictures below show the foundational work of what had been designed for the future Brickstone Lofts.
