🏡❤️ This closing feels a little extra special…

Today we closed on 716 W 7th Street, and this is one of those properties that will always hold a special place in my heart.

Back in March, VicTra Properties, LLC, the property company my husband and I own together, purchased this home with a vision of what it could become. And when I say this house was remodeled, I mean REMODELED! We started from the floor joists up and gave this home an entirely new life. 🔨🏡✨

Of course, bringing that vision to life took an incredible team.Portales Building and Remodeling LLC once again knocked it out of the park! They completely transformed this home and somehow managed to do it in just three months. Their craftsmanship, work ethic, and ability to get things DONE never cease to amaze me. We are so grateful for the care they put into this project.

And the transformation didn't stop on the inside! A huge thank you to Spray-Net Southern Kentucky for giving the exterior an incredible facelift and completely changing the color of the home. What a difference! The fresh new look was the perfect finishing touch to the transformation. 🏡✨

But as much as I loved watching the transformation of this house, the best part is knowing who gets to call it HOME. ❤️

And what makes this story even more special is that I had the privilege of representing the buyers, too. To be part of this home’s journey from the day we purchased it, through the entire renovation, and then have the opportunity to help the family who fell in love with it make it their own has been incredibly rewarding.
