Congratulations to my clients on the successful close of 13.78 acres off Futurall Drive in Fayetteville AR. This site will serve as the location for luxury student housing project, The Axis. This project, spearheaded by Tim Whitten - developer at Whitten Development, exudes an elevated student housing experience; and provides a much needed option that parallels large student enrollment growth at the University of Arkansas. The 200 unit, 658 bed project embodies an urban living concept with amenities including: fitness center, pool, pickleball, bocce ball courts and more. Pre-registration will likely begin end of 2025, with move in date set for the 2026 school year.
