So much to celebrate this week, and it all reminds me why I absolutely love what I do! 🎉

First, a huge congrats to one of my best friends, who's basically like a brother to me, on closing on his new home! 🏡 Getting to represent him as his agent was truly special and a great learning experience for the both of us. I appreciate you trusting me through this process and im extremely proud of what you have been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time! 🤝
This was another FHA buyer I had the pleasure of helping, and I'm always ready to guide others through that process!

Then, incredibly proud of my son kobe! It was his first full year of wrestling, he jumped in at the very end of the 23-24 season and he brought home the Most Improved award to wrap up the 24-25 season! His hard work and dedication blows me away every day!! 🤼‍♂️

And finally, how amazing is this painting? Katie Barton, Moore and Company Realtors asked me if I had time to go grab a few things from her new listing in Ozark the other day. While I was there the seller invited me in and after about an hour-long conversation, he insisted I take home this beautiful piece he painted when he was younger. He's no longer able to paint and I knew it meant just as much to him as it did to me. It's moments like these, connecting with people, that fill me with so much gratitude for what I do.

Closing Day! 🏡🎉

This one is extra special for me—Kayla and I went to school together, and throughout this process, I’ve gotten to know Riley and gained a great friend. Seeing them achieve their dream of homeownership has been incredible, and I couldn’t be more grateful they trusted me to help make it happen.

Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and it was an honor to be part of such an exciting journey. There were challenges along the way, but with patience, determination, and the right team, we made it to the finish line!

As sad as it may be that Christmas break is over and the boy is back in school, we definitely made the most of it and had one of the best holiday seasons yet! I’m extremely thankful that we were able to spend it with one another and with family. I pray everyone started the new year off with a bang and keeps the momentum going throughout the year! ❤️
