We’re incredibly proud to recognize Wes Freeman for receiving two very special awards at the 2026 Annual ARA State Convention — the Omega Tau Rho Award and the Bob Walker Leadership Impact Award.
The Omega Tau Rho Award is a lifetime honor recognizing those who have passionately served the REALTOR® organization. Only ARA State Presidents and ARA REALTOR® of the Year recipients are eligible, and once someone receives the yellow and blue Medallion of Service - they are a member for life. That is a tremendous honor!
Wes also received the Bob Walker Leadership Impact Award, which is given to a REALTOR® who has made a significant impact through their leadership in the association.
Both of these awards say a lot about the kind of leader Wes has been!
His service to ARA has required a lot of time, travel, meetings, and days away from his family and business. He has made those sacrifices because he truly cares about the profession, the people in it, and the REALTOR® brand. His impact during his time as ARA President was clearly felt, and we’re proud to see that recognized at the state level.
We see that same leadership here at River Valley Realty.
Wes is still actively helping clients buy and sell real estate, but he also spends a lot of time helping the agents and brokers around him. He shares his experience, answers questions, gives advice, and is always willing to help someone coming up in the business.
His impact is felt at RVR, in our local real estate community, and across the state.
We appreciate Wes for everything he brings to River Valley Realty, and we’re proud to have him as part of the RVR family!
