Mitch is one of our newer real estate agents with a unique background in education and law enforcement, bringing strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and a deep sense of community to his work. A former student-athlete, Mitch earned his master’s degree in education from the University of Missouri before serving in law enforcement with both the City of Benton and the Arkansas Highway Police. His diverse experiences laid a strong foundation for guiding clients with clarity, professionalism, and care.

Mitch and his wife, Regan, moved back to Russellville in 2023 and are proud to once again call the River Valley home. They are members of First Baptist Church in Russellville and co-owners of Leia’s Lemonade—a business named after one of their golden retrievers. You’ll likely find them behind their lemonade booth at a local event, serving up smiles and reallllyyyy good lemonade!

Mitch is passionate about helping people explore their home buying options and is committed to making the journey to homeownership personal. We are so glad to have Mitch as part of our team!

Hey y’all! With Leia’s Lemonade , we’re raffling off this patriotic themed Yeti cooler downtown this Friday!

You can purchase tickets from 5-9 on July 4th! My wife and I will be at our Leia’s Lemonade tent at the Train Depot with Main Street Russellville. We’ll be in the pink tent located right next to Cool Cat Creamery!

Rules to enter: each lemonade and/or limeade gives you an entry to win. One entry per purchased drink.

Rules to win: you have to like and follow (1) Mitch Hall - The Lighthouse Realty Company and (2) Leia’s Lemonade. We will have QR codes at the front of our stand and the coveted Yeti cooler where you’ll put your tickets.

We’ll do a live drawing on Facebook once the fireworks are done and last drink is sold. You do NOT have to be present to win!

Proverbs 16:9 “We can make our own plans, but the Lord determines our steps.”

It’s a blessing to work for a company that has values and priorities right. As a company we all gathered this morning and listened to all of chapter 16. It’s awesome to see how each person takes a different verse out of a passage.
