We’re headed to the Southwest NAHRO Annual Conference and looking forward to joining a panel discussion on Keystone Family Homes, a transformative Springfield development that brought partners together around a shared vision for affordable housing.

Our own Holly Knight will be joined by Katie Anderson, Executive Director of the Springfield Housing Authority, and Brandi Bailey of Snyder Construction to discuss the collaboration, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the project.

Progress continues at Stillwell Pointe, a Pinnacle on the Park property in Springfield, Missouri.

This marks the second RAD partnership between the Springfield Housing Authority and Knight Development, with a total leveraged investment of $31,359,823 dedicated to the property’s transformation.

Now in its fourth phase of construction, the project includes extensive interior and exterior renovations designed to strengthen and preserve quality housing for the community.

Big things happening at Olson Village!

Knight Development has teamed up with Atrium Housing and the Taylor Housing Authority to give these 1970s-era units a complete transformation — new foundations, brand-new interiors, energy-efficient features, and fresh landscaping.
Through this RAD conversion, residents will benefit from modernized homes AND lower rent payments — freeing up income for other essentials.

Big things are happening at Olson Village in Taylor, Texas! After 16 months of dedication and persistence, the Taylor Housing Authority project is officially underway.

We're saying goodbye to outdated 1970s public housing units and hello to modern, energy-efficient homes designed for dignity and quality living.

Huge shoutout to Shea Goltzman and the entire Taylor Housing Authority team for pushing this vision forward. Progress like this doesn't happen overnight, but it's so worth the wait when you see communities transformed.
