The St. Jude Red Carnation Ball Brings a Winter Night of Giving to Ruston
Ruston, LA — January 30, 2026 — This winter, the Ruston community is invited to step out for an evening where celebration meets purpose. The St. Jude Red Carnation Ball will take place on Friday, January 30, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Ruston Civic Center, offering a festive night of dining, live music, and philanthropy in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its mission to end childhood cancer.
Designed as an elegant winter gala with heart, the Red Carnation Ball reflects a long-standing commitment to St. Jude and its promise that families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. The event brings together students, alumni, and members of the Ruston community for an evening that turns generosity into meaningful impact.
Guests will enjoy a catered dinner from Big Boyz Catering, live music by Matt Dean, raffle prizes, and a cash bar—all set in a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for couples, friends, and anyone looking to give back while enjoying a memorable night out.
General admission tickets are $20 and include dinner and access to live music, raffle, and cash bar. VIP tickets are available for $50 and include open bar access in addition to all general admission benefits.
“Every ticket sold helps move St. Jude closer to a world where no child dies from cancer,” said Adrian Lamkin, event philanthropy chair. “This night is about bringing the Louisiana Tech and Ruston communities together to support a cause that truly saves lives.”
Whether guests come to dance, dine, or donate, the St. Jude Red Carnation Ball promises an evening filled with hope, connection, and purpose.
