Kicking off our next install, and this one is loaded.
We’ll be installing a full-color bluestone flagging walkway leading to two sets of natural bluestone steps, plus a 225 sq. ft. patio built for seating around a fireplace.
This site brings some challenges: heavy rock, hillside runoff, and erosion concerns. To handle it right, we’ll be installing 270 linear feet of drainage, redirecting water away from the yard, and adding riprap along the bank beside the driveway for long-term erosion control.
From there, we’ll move uphill to clear space for a swing set with a view of the entire property, along with a 300 sq. ft. level picnic patio nearby.
We’ll finish by prepping the back of the property for a new garage, where our construction team will assist with the build.
