Last December, our team took a pre-poured foundation in Baja, Mexico, and created a future for a family of four.

For two years, they lived in a space no larger than a single garage bay. We helped them walk into a two-bedroom home with a loft, a living area, and electricity, built with our own hands from the framing to the final coat of paint.

There are no words to describe the tears of absolute joy when they stepped through that door for the first time.

Now, it’s time to do it again! And we want you on the team!

We are heading back to Ensenada, Mexico, to build another home for a family in need through Baja Bound.

Taking a trip down memory lane with a favorite Stratham story! Great charm meets historic views.

Looking back at this beautiful hilltop home, it’s hard not to feel nostalgic. Sitting on one of Stratham’s highest points, this property was once a busy apple orchard. Even decades later, the old trees still grew fruit!

The sellers poured so much love into this home over five years of updates. You could see it everywhere, from the bright entry room and custom kitchen to cozy nights by the fireplace and cool air on the deck. It truly gave the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat and easy living.

What made this sale so special was the story behind it. Referred to us by friends in California, these wonderful buyers wanted to move to New Hampshire to be closer to their grown children. It isn't often that the very first home you see turns out to be "the one," but this warm house in a lovely neighborhood was an instant match. We couldn't be happier for them as their new chapter begins!

Flashback to this French-inspired haven at 4 Bradley Lane. The warmth of the pot-belly stove on a chilly evening, natural light pouring through the skylights into the Great Room, or listening to the ocean breeze from the multi-tiered deck, this estate was pure magic. Walking distance to the ocean, yet wrapped in two acres of peaceful woods and conservation views, this was a property where every detail told a story.

It is not the first time that the forever home that our clients envision takes a different turn. It was such a wonderful opportunity working with these clients helping them sell their beautiful home in Greenland and move closer to the ocean in North Hampton.

As they settled in and focused their energy on personalizing the house into their home, They realized that "forever home" was more of a transitional process. The Journey to 1 Cassidy Way

There is a quote by the writer F. Scott Fitzgerald that I remember,

"For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There is no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing."

I thought of this quote when I met these buyer clients for the first time. They were the absolute definition of a beautiful plot twist.

They were middle school sweethearts who grew up, drifted apart, and lived entirely separate lives. They both moved away, one to the crisp winters of Canada, the other to the sweeping plains of the American Midwest. They married other people, built lives, experienced the heavy grief of those chapters ending, and eventually, through a stroke of fate, found their way back to one another.

Now, they are ready to write a completely new chapter. Together.

They were referred to me by a fellow Compass agent. They wanted a home in the southern coast of Maine and they needed the right agent to hold their hand through the process, who was familiar with this market and someone who could truly turn their vision into reality. When you’ve lived a lot of life, you don't just want a house, you want a sanctuary that honors where you’ve been and celebrates where you’re going.
