Brett is a licensed real estate agent in the States of New Hampshire and Maine and is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, The New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. When not selling real estate, Brett can be found spending time with his wife and 5 year old daughter, neices, nephews, and family members, as well as coaching Basketball at Portsmouth High School. Serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant for Mulvey Realty is Courtney Savoie, who grew up in Stratham, NH and rivaled the Portsmouth Clippers as an Exeter Blue Hawk. The daughter of an entrepreneur and contractor, well known in the Portsmouth community, she too has a diverse group of local contacts. Courtney majored in Sociology at Keene State College and will be using the knowledge and skills she learned there to help clients through the home buying and selling process as well as employ unique marketing techniques to gain new clients and leads for Mulvey Realty. She will serve as the master behind the scenes, ensuring that clients receive the most professional and efficient care to make a somewhat stressful process more manageable. Brett's immense knowledge of the seacoast area and the local real estate market combined with Courtney's focus on efficiency and client care makes them a force to be reckoned with in this competitive and desirable community.
