It always surprises me how often “sales” gets brought up in the context of real estate. The reality of what I do everyday is to be an educator and advocate for my buyers and sellers. It’s about guiding people who’ve put their trust in you down a path that’s unfamiliar to them but one that’s well tread by you.

When I reflect back on 2022, I’m extremely happy to say it was a year of exciting change for the Leary family!

From leaving the safety of a real estate team setting and striking out on my own as an independent agent, to visiting beloved family, not seen for far too long and finally the birth of our beautiful third child. It’s safe to say it has been adventurous and exciting if nothing else! 😊

But what always strikes me the most at this time of year (most times, actually 😉) is how very grateful I am to be able to wake up every day to a challenging career that I love and work with people who inspire me.

Doing something that gives you purpose is EVERYTHING and I have been honored this past year to work with some amazing people whose home search or sale IS my purpose.

There’s nothing like helping someone find their perfect home and sometimes you’re a lot closer than you think! 😊

To all of my wonderful friends, family, buyers, sellers and all of you amazing people….

I’m always reminded at this time of year, when the wind gets colder and the days are shorter to be grateful for all of life’s blessings. Some are bigger than can be imagined and some are simple and known only to oneself. For me, it’s the warmth of my family, the love in our home and a smiling new face to join our happy group. My favorite way of appreciating all of my blessings is to try and bring a little more joy into the lives of the many people I am privileged enough to help every day.

YOU all are a blessing to me and I am more grateful than you could possibly know. If you or a friend could use my help I would be honored to assist. 😊

I wanted to take a minute to give a tremendous amount of thanks to Jamie, Duncan and the whole crew at Cia Cafe in S**o, who hosted me for Portside’s “Coffee on us!” I had such a great morning chatting and meeting new folks from my amazing community. It’s incredible what a cup of coffe can do!
