Welcome to the first week of February. Love is in the air for new homeowners landing their dream homes! 132 new properties hit the market in the last 7 days. Thats a nice showing as we gear up for the warmer months ahead.

Homebuyers pay attention. We're in the calm before the storm of higher inventory. The homes you see now are moving and will be long gone if you're waiting it out a few more weeks. Now is a great time to be looking and going after homes while the competition is still low.

Sellers, we're seeing more buyers resume their searches right now. That means your home can move quickly as soon as you hit the market.
