Last Monday I thought it would be a great idea to shovel my car out, head to Target and pick up my Cherry Bomb Alani Nu ! Priorities right!!!!

Well, I've been down and out for a week. No gym, minimal movement, really just trying to focus on recovery. This past week was also the start of my 8 week transformation challenge at Orangetheory Fitness ! I went from 6 days a week in the gym to NONE!!!!

What I found during this time was that the feeling of being stuck and unable to move freely went deeper than just having the back pain.

I provided myself the space to feel, reflect, be sad, angry, cry, scream and realized that growth doesn’t always look like movement — sometimes it’s waiting, rerouting, or starting over. Not glamorous, but honest.

This past week has been all about Manifesting patience… even when I wanted the answers and results yesterday.
