Saco Mill #4 S**o Mill #4 is a mill redevelopment project in S**o, Maine by Chinburg Properties. S**o Mill #4 is home to 150 apartments and 10 businesses.

S**o Mill #4 will have 150 new market-rate apartments and 30,000 Sq Ft of commercial space once completed. We're now showing our model apartment unit and pre-leasing units for occupancy on April 1, 2017 (93 units) and June 1, 2017 (57 units).
