Happy Monday! We are still working hard on making offers and closing deals.
What have we been seeing over the last week?
We saw a lot more Inventory that came into the market compared to the beginning of this year. Most of the new inventory has been moving fast!
What's happening in Real Estate?
* Buyer's demand is still high
* Interest rates are in the 5%
*Higher Inventory

So overall, I do think that 2022 will be another strong year for housing. We have little high mortgage rates and we do think the home sale will rise.

As February almost comes to an end, one thing that was not ending the strong February in real estate here in El Dorado/ Placer and Sacramento county.

What are we seeing?
*On almost every home we are writing offers on, we are up against cash offers and buyers waiving all contingencies.

*quick closes and rent backs offered for sellers, letting sellers stay in their home after the close.

*Buyer demand is HIGH, interest rates have gone up and are predicted to go up. Buyers are wanting to lock their rate as soon as possible.

*We are seeing homes that are going pending before the review date.

Sure, there are pros and cons, but selling during the holidays shouldn't scare anyone. We got you 💃 & will do everything to make it as seamless as possible!

In fact, it might even be the best time to get your home sold. ⏰Every day I'm refreshing the MLS for new inventory and we are still SO low. Inventory this low means all the buyers looking at YOUR home once it's listed. It's your chance to shine!

A Few Tips for Selling in Fall:

Make sure there is plenty of soft indoor light it makes the home feels more welcoming
Stick to neutral tones for decor.
If you do go with an autumn theme, limit the holiday-specific decorations to a few pieces.
Try to Keep it cozy.
