Join me at my “De-Staging” work today! It’s part of the home staging process in which we schedule to remove the furniture, accessories, artwork and take it back to the warehouse, just before the home closes. Once in warehouse.. the furniture, inventory is cleaned and organized.
De-staging cost us money, time, truck and labor, so we try to bundle this cost in our original staging quote.
Homes staged by me are selling too fast.
It’s 102 degrees at my work today and my team is doing amazing.
