When the Right Team Shows Up, Deals Get Done 🤝🏡

Once we got Jessica and Andrew into escrow, we hit an unexpected challenge. Their original lender needed a 2-week extension due to work history guidelines—but the sellers couldn’t grant it since they were already in contract on their next home.

At that point, my buyers were feeling the pressure and starting to think they might have to walk away and begin the home search all over again.

Proof That Working With the Right Team Makes All the Difference! 🔑🏡

Right before the holidays last year, I met Jessica and Andrew. At the time, they had already been searching for a home for a few months with another agent and had even been in escrow on a property that ended up falling through due to uncertainty and lack of clear communication.

When we first talked, Jessica shared their experience and the frustration they were feeling during the process. I stayed persistent and kept in touch with them, and eventually they trusted me to help them continue their home search.

This deal tested everyone’s patience! 137 days, the longest escrow I’ve ever been in… but it was so worth it. When I met Farida, she was ready to buy but didn’t want to settle for high interest rates. I got to work, and after a lot of searching and home tours, we found the one: a home with an assumable 2.25% interest rate. On top of that, I was able to negotiate $40,000 off the list price!

Loan assumption transactions aren’t quick or easy, but when the numbers make sense, it’s worth the extra work. Congratulations Farida, cheers to new beginnings! 🥂

Wahoo! 🎉 My buyer, who grew up in the Sacramento area, moved to Kentucky for work—but now, he’s making his way back home. For weeks, he flew in on Saturdays to tour homes in person, and we also relied on FaceTime to keep the search moving. After plenty of dedication, we found the perfect place to start this next chapter.

Shoutout to for helping my buyer secure financing and making this home purchase possible!
