Big closing day today, in addition to my Frankie’s birthday! Working on with and Brandon has been such a pleasure, especially educating them on the process and nuances of buying a home. Working with a fellow kindergarten mom, who never stopped working at keeping this deal together, no matter the setback!

Hidden Falls has been such a smooth transaction working with and Robert Yost. He has truly been a wonderful, responsive agent to conduct business with.

Excited to be in contract this morning! Working with these buyers from the Bay Area, to help them find an investment property. This is a great one- excellent schools, fantastic neighborhood, and in the “heart” of Folsom. It will be an easy rental for them!
