This program CLTRE Keeper, has brought hope and pathways to homeownership that did not exist before. This is revolutionary as the CLTRE Keeper program did not rely on the current programs, banks, and systems of the past. This down payment assistance was created by Non-profit organization, community organizing and partnering with the local government, and lending institutions that were aligned with their mission.
We’re talking, assistance as much as $17,500, credit counseling, estate planning, plus grants up to $50,000 with 30 year fixed interest rates as with 3%-4% interest rates. That apart, 3%-4% interest rates without charging the buyer or seller to pay for buy downs! 💯
