2 years ago when I closed 2 of my offices and moved out of California, I was totally burned out in real estate! I had absolutely no desire to work in the capacity of being a CEO. I didn’t think I ever would.. While I continued my personal investments, supervising, training, motivating, inspiring agents no longer did it for me. Plus going through a huge life transition it was really too much. So when I left, I parked my Broker license under another company and I did nothing. I then began doing what I believe is my purpose work, and that’s helping women build their 7 figure net worth. This work is so fulfilling. Then I had a conversation with Dr Boyce Watkins on how we can work together in educating his Black Business School community, and we decided that we would train people from all over the country on how to become certified real estate investors. This training became so popular & is so rewarding that it further sparked something else in me. The two things that I’m doing with coaching women & teaching real estate is the exact way that we were able to build the largest black owned real estate firm in California. Coaching, training, developing, and most of all IMPACTING.. So God placed it on my heart to reopen Catalyst Real Estate Professionals independent Brokerage. I’m not interested at all in having the most agents, I am interested in having the most impact. We are licensed in CA, DC, MD, VA and our mortgage company is currently licensed in CA & MD. So if you know anyone who is interested in joining our team, forward this to them so we can talk. We’re selective of who we have on our team. Synergy and a heart for the community is important. (Everyone won’t be a good fit.)

I’m super excited to get back to doing what I’ve loved to do for so many years. More importantly, I’m excited about the impact we’re about to make in 2025.
