Lots of things to be thankful for this week!

Had an escrow close and my clients got me a water bottle with my name on it! I’m going to miss hanging out with them and their kids on the weekend. They even started calling me Uncle Joey 🥹.

hosted a backyard party with the office. You couldn’t have better people to work with and I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

My family/friends and favorite place to eat to end the week!

Love you all and love my city of Sacramento!

I had such an amazing time last weekend for wedding! Her and her husband literally made a show out of it. Easily would be the most successful Broadway show of all time!

Thank you sister for the amazing weekend and can’t wait for the sequel. 10/10 would do this yearly! Love you both!

I haven’t been able to post about our wedding because I’m still on the high! What an awesome week with everyone and of course my new wifey ❤️

Thank you again for making it so amazing! Huge shout to new mom, couldn’t have happened without her decoration skills and losing sleep thinking about it!

I finally have enough energy to make this post, what an awesome bachelor party last weekend. It included…

- Long road trip and almost getting caught in the snow with the Westfalia Pumpkin.
- Gambling and having a whole theater to watch one of the best/worst movies ever for ourselves.
- Epic air soft battle followed by epic cowboy shoot out.
- Getting to roast and getting roasted by everyone to end the trip around a campfire.

There was more but I’m still too tired type out every hour of the trip…

Yesterday I attempted to make a plant based burger and was successful! Usually they don’t stick or don’t cook well. I followed a recipe from (99% of recipes I use are from them). I’ll post the link in a story if you want to try yourself! It’s called “The BEST Vegan Burger” and I would have to agree 🍔🙌

This is a little repetitive but i can’t under sell how happy I am to be able to walk outside again! Especially when it’s for work and I get to talk with people about their beautiful homes. If you are thinking about going on a walk tomorrow, do it today!!! Walking 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️

After being cooped up in my house for the last 4 months due to surgeries I am free! First time out watching the 🙌! My brother and I haven’t been this excited about Kings basketball in a long time! Stoked to be able to go out and about again 😎
