Get ready to dance and dine at the Dry Disco Brunch! Join us on Sun Jun 25, 2023, from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm at The CLTRE Club, 1409 16th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, for a morning of fun and entertainment.

Our event features a unique twist on the classic brunch experience. Instead of bottomless mimosas, we will have a variety of delicious non-alcoholic beverages from the Teetotalist for purchase! We will have vegan/ Gluten Free Pizza from Starlight Pizza ! Make sure to check out their breakfast pizza! DJ Amen will be spinning classic disco hits and more, so come ready to move your feet!

Oh Dang Photography will be running our photo booth from 11-12:30! And we will have some special guest performances at noon!
Dress up or down.

Just wear some comfy shoes so you can dance the morning away. Bring your friends and make new ones as you groove to the beat. We will have a community art project and games for all ages! We can't wait to see you at the Dry Disco Brunch!

While we continue to process applications from our first open house in January and early February, we are opening the pre-leasing application window again on Monday, April 3, 2023!

We are specifically looking for households of 2 or more needing a 2 bedroom. Please note, the pre-application window will close on Friday, April 14, 2023.

It's finally here! Join us at our sister property, the WAL (1108 R Street), between 9am and 4pm tomorrow for our first lease-up event! Bring your completed application with the following:
1. Valid ID — Driver’s license, state ID card, or passport. Birth Certificates for all minors.

2. Rental History — 2 years of verifiable rental history.

3. Credit/Background Check Fee — $35 per adult; please note we accept only cashier’s checks or money orders; cash and personal checks are not accepted. The $35 fee will be refunded only to those applicant for whom a financial, background/credit check was not performed.

We are excited to announce that we will be accepting applications on Saturday, January 21st!

Join us for the ARY Place lease-up event being held at the Warehouse Artist Lofts (WAL), located at 1108 R Street, Sacramento, CA. We welcome you to arrive early if you would like to wait in line as we will accept applications on a first come, first served basis. We will be accepting additional drop-off applications at WAL during normal business hours (9am to 4pm) from Monday, January 23 - Friday, January 27 for those who do not wish to stand in line.

Please note, APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE JANUARY 21st

The WAL Leasing office is the only office accepting applications for ARY Place; please do not take your application to CADA or to the project site. For further questions, please call 916-498-9033.

So exciting to see the framework well underway!

A joint partnership between CACDC and CFY Development, ARY Place features 159 apartments and 11,376 SF of commercial space that will include restaurants with outdoor seating, retail, and leasing office along S Street. Completion of ARY Place is expected in Winter 2022/2023.
