This one was extra special. Not only did I get to help some amazing clients again, but they also happen to be great friends of mine.

After looking at many homes over a long period of time, we finally found the one they absolutely fell in love with and it was worth the search.

Even better, I was able to negotiate $175,000 off the list price for them 💥

This home is truly incredible, loaded with upgrades and tucked away in one of the quietest, most peaceful areas of Carmichael. Seeing everything come together for such deserving people made this closing incredibly rewarding.

This one all started with a phone call on a Saturday night…

My client had just been selected as 1 of only 4 people through Sacramento Credit Union to receive a $50,000 grant with one catch… she needed to be in contract within 24 hours.

No pressure, right?

Originally planning to stay in Sacramento, she decided to shift gears and focus on the Valley Springs area instead. She asked if we could make it happen… I said absolutely.

Sunday morning we hit the ground running, touring almost a dozen homes across Valley Springs, Ione, and Campo Seco. By the end of the day, we found the one her family loved.

From there, it was all about strategy. With the right preparation and strong communication with the listing agent, we put together the perfect offer…

…and by Sunday night, we were in contract. ✅

Moments like this are why I love what I do. It was such a joy handing over the keys to Kim’s new home.

This one is a great reminder that strategy and timing can make all the difference.

We originally listed this home last year at the end of summer, but the market just wasn't lining up the way we wanted. Instead of forcing it, we made the decision to pull it off and wait.
