We love to see our relationships with our clients come full circle! Tribe Realty owner Dan Ellison worked with the sellers of 581 6th Avenue, back in 2014, to purchase the home for their family. While many wonderful memories have been made in the property - our clients were ready to let a new owner make new memories so they could find a bit more space and room for a pool at their forever home. Listing agent Ashley Key helped our clients obtain multiple, over-ask offers AND close in 16 days! Ashley is working closely to close escrow on their new home not too far away! Our Sacramento team is having one busy July!

Sold! 🥳 Tribe Realty agent Ashley Key helped our wonderful clients, who also happen to be good friends 😎, close on the sale of their home in Vacaville this week! Ashley helped them obtain a fabulous offer - well over asking - and close in less than 30 days! Joe enjoys helping his clients in their journey, whether it’s guiding first-time buyers or collaborating with someone who is experienced and wants to bounce creative ideas around to discover opportunities. He enjoys the variety of challenges and experiences that keep him learning and growing. With experience as a mortgage loan originator, he’s also able to assist his clients throughout the real estate process.

In his spare time, Joe likes spending time with his family, coaching his daughters’ soccer teams ⚽, and vacationing in Tahoe ⛷️. At home, he enjoys socializing with friends at parties and backyard barbecues and spending time tinkering with his vintage car.

As an Encinitas native and UC Davis graduate, Kara Kong is passionate about supporting the Tribe Realty San Diego and Sacramento teams and their clients. Quality customer service and happy clients drive Kara each and every day.

Kara comes to Tribe Realty after spending 15 years in public affairs and communications. She worked closely with public and private clients across the transportation, local government, sports, and event industries. Kara uses her skills to help clients navigate complex local red tape and to engage with the communities in which Tribe Realty works.

In Kara’s off-hours, she can be found hanging out at Ponto State Beach 🏖️,, the Paul Ecke Sports Park baseball fields ⚾ , and Encinitas and Carlsbad skate parks 🛹 with her husband and two young sons.
