🚨Banks have collapsed– is the house housing market about to repeat 2008?🚨

No. Here’s why:

1️⃣ The lending standards are MUCH tighter.

2️⃣ We are not seeing a huge wave of foreclosures like we saw during the housing bubble.

3️⃣ We are facing a severe housing shortage.

4️⃣ Americans have A LOT more equity.

I’m not saying prices are never going to go down again, but this is just a completely different ballgame than 2008.
