J.Oneal-Watts Realtor My focus is to understand your wants and needs and to facilitate a hassle-free home purchase or sale experience. That's what I do Hi!

When it comes to your desired outcome, you need someone who is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you. My name is Johnny O'Neal-Watts. I came to Sacramento when I was 10 years old, so I have spent most of my life in the Sacramento area. I went to Elementary School, Junior High, and High School in the North Sacramento area of North Highlands. After graduating, I joined the U.S. Air Force

and the pull of the Sacramento Valley was SO STRONG, that I was fortunate enough to have Mather A.F.B in Rancho Cordova, CA as my first duty station. My military experience allows me to serve my clients with attention to detail, listening to their wants and needs, and catering to those wants and needs fully. Based on my own home-buying experiences, I also understand that whether you are buying or selling your home, it can be an emotional experience. I make it my responsibility to consider my client's feelings so that I can help them make decisions that benefit them and their families the most. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and Sacramento Association of REALTORS®. I use the most current and effective marketing and technology resources to provide my buying and selling clients with in-depth market information. I assure you that as my client, I always strive to go above and beyond to make your experience with me as comfortable and stress-free as possible and guarantee that you will be treated with the utmost care, professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality. The combination of my skills and abilities, along with the full support, knowledge, and expertise of Lyon's real estate team provides a phenomenal experience for my clients. I look forward to serving all your real estate needs.
