Offer accepted for the client I shared about yesterday!!! 🥳🥳🥳

I met them after they requested a tour of a house through my team. We went home shopping and they shared they wanted 4 rooms, preferably 5, preferably with two main rooms, a pool, and under 600k! No easy task! But I did it, after many hours and me sharing multiple times I felt this was the one, we saw it yesterday and we’re in contract today! 🙌💪🏼

Offer accepted for a family I adore!!! 😍

My client reached out saying he wanted to see this gorgeous house in Granite Bay, so I scheduled a tour. His wife went reluctantly, but after the first walk though they both could not stop thinking about it!

We made an offer and competed against one other , counter offers, thinking outside the box and some negotiations later, we got it!!! 🥳

I am so excited for the sweet family that gets to create so many memories in this backyard starting when we close in 30 days! 🤩

🎉 Sending a huge congratulations to my amazing friend who just added one more property to her real estate portfolio.

She reached out, asking me if I could help her find a rental for her son and 3 other college boys. As we looked at the options having her become the landlord for them seemed like a much better idea! So we got to it! 💪🏼

She knew exactly what she wanted in the house, and the neighborhood and we literally felt all the love as we took our first tour of this house. We made an offer, negotiated credits, and the rest is history!

Now her son and his roommates are going to live in a beautiful house in an awesome neighborhood and they’re also gonna have the best landlord! 🥰😁

A giant Congratulations to my Aunt Beverly Borghi and Uncle Allen!

They fell in love with a house online and when I went to book our tour, it had been taken off the market! 😱

Off I went to call the other agent and learn what happened and once I did and I shared how meant to be this love story between them and the house was he granted us access.

When we saw it, it was confirmed. It was indeed meant to be. We made an offer and we went in contract the next day! 🥳

I am soooooooooo excited for their future in this super sweet home on a giant lot! They may even get married in the huge backyard one of these days!

Congratulations Aunt Bev and Uncle Allen! I love you both!
