🎊 So many beautiful memories were made this year!

Here’s one 🥰:
I got to give Sarah (my amazing niece) and Austin (her awesome boyfriend) the keys to their very first home! 🔑🏡
Throughout the process, the sellers were super kind, patient, and generous even through a government shutdown (big thanks to their lender, Charito, for getting us through it all). 💪🏻
In the end, the sellers left Austin & Sarah a bunch of furniture, a beautiful afghan, and this really sweet card explaining some things about the house and sharing the story of the afghan.
The seller made it for them! 😭 💖
