We are always seeing new firsts for us out in the field. This morning in was no exception. This double-sided shower separates two rooms sharing no other common entry point. There is a bedroom with its own toilet and sink on one side and a laundry room/half bath combo on the other. 🤯 How do you feel about sharing your shower with your cohabitants? 🤔

We had a good time yesterday getting our appraiser edjurmacation on with ‘s Chief Appraiser John Dingeman and the REAA. Starting on April 1st, Fannie Mae will be requiring ANSI standard measurements on all lending appraisals. We will, of course, be following the standards on all of our lending appraisals and staying compliant to suit all of our clients’ needs! Andddd now we have way too much to do after missing a weekday in the office! Back to work!
