Reliability, stability and consistency are important, especially when buying and selling a home. Until Holly married her husband Mike, she had lived in the same Sacramento home. With 3 children born at the same Sacramento hospital she was, along with several of her 9 grandkids, Sacramento continues to be her home. When looking for a home, it is critical to know the neighborhoods you want to make y
our home. Her Dad owned the Chevron station in front of the original Land Park Freeport Raley’s Supermarket. As a child, her Dad taught her that "World Class Customer Service" creates customer loyalty. Coincidently, her father-in-law followed the same formula, as "Sacramento’s Best Dentist”' With her husband of 48 years, they raised three successful children in Sacramento. They attended grade school and high school here, including the schools their Dad attended. Holly's deep Sacramento roots include Arden Park, Land Park, Arden Oaks, Sierra Oaks, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael, where she spoils her 9 grandchildren. Understanding Sacramento’s diverse neighborhoods taught her the importance of great schools, a great church, safe neighborhoods, convenient shopping centers and the many recreation options we enjoy in the Sacramento region. Holly has experience in the 4 county area, including Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo counties, as well as associating for successful deals in the Bay Area. When first married, finding the perfect “Home” was Holly's passion. All of her homes have been incredible investments, as they bought larger homes to match the growing family. Over 25 years ago, her passion for homes made a career in real estate a natural fit. First, she was the administrative manager of a high volume, 7 person, boutique real estate team, before the team moved to Keller-Williams. There, she became a Transaction Coordinator, managing an exceptionally high volume of deals for the agents of both sellers and buyers. This huge volume of deals gave her the experience to understand and manage the complexities and unique details presented by both the buyer, seller, and their agents, as well as lenders, title companies, home inspectors, home repair vendors, and the brokerages depending on Holly’s meticulous accuracy. It also taught her the importance to be exceptionally organized, at the same time loving what she was doing. She remembered both her Dad and Father-in-Law’s key to success: “World Class Customer Service”. With thousands of unique deals, this foundation of understanding the varying details of each specific deal made Holly understand how everyone needs “World Class Service”. With Coldwell-Banker, this “World Class” team of professional support makes key a reality. Coldwell-Banker’s team of managerial support, marketing support, lender resources, as well as title/escrow services makes Holly’s goal of “World Class Service” an attainable reality. Coldwell Banker has given her with unique skills to serve you in finding your home, selling your home and negotiating for her client’s unique requirements. Holly’s love for people, and the understanding of each unique deal, made for a seamless transition to a Real Estate agent at Coldwell Banker. Besides the behind the scenes administrative requirements, I firmly believe I cannot properly represent a seller and a buyer for the same property. She will happily represent you and be your advocate. As they say, when you love your work, your work becomes your joy, not just a job! Away from the office, Holly enjoys loving on her 9 grandchildren, as well as their parents. Holly loves gourmet cooking, volunteering at her church and traveling the world with her husband.
