This courageous man has been attacked mercilessly since he announced his run for Presidency in 2015 !! The misinformation that has been supplied by the mainstream media has been absolutely outrageous! It's time to wake up people and understand that they will do anything to maintain power and that there is a battle going on between good and evil... I know where I stand and it's with MAGA and with President Trump.. He is a true leader and I believe that my lord and savior Jesus Christ has appointed him for such a time as this.. Well Friends and Family…we’ve been a bit busy!

God has done a “Suddenly” amongst us!

“It’s Official”!!
The Maughan’s are moving to Florida!🏖️

To make a long story short.. During our recent visit there,
we set out to be really intentional in exploring areas, communities and check out some Residential Real Estate Brokers as well as New Home Developers in hopes to move there next Summer!

But, God has other plans for us!

He opened up a Huge Door of opportunity for Bob to interview with a High End, Luxury New Home Developer in South East Florida and after going through 4 extensive interviews, he was offered a position with Kolter Homes, an opportunity we just couldn’t pass up!

He leaves Dec 26th and starts Jan 2nd.
God said, “Sell Now! Do not delay”! So we are purging, packing, staging and will be ready to list in a few days.

This is all happening so fast but there is so much Grace and so many Green lights that we know it’s God.

Please pray He will bring the buyer quickly so I am not left behind too long without him.

Even though it’s the Holidays, I’m believing for a miraculous quick sale and close so I do not have to handle the sale and move by myself!

This all has happened all the while we just married our son off last week, Thanksgiving, getting our daughter ready to move to her apartment, Bob Maughan preparing for his Florida license exam and decorating for Christmas (cuz God said to 🎄)
To say the least it’s been a bit intense, but good!!

With that being said, we will have no way to bid our goodbyes to all the friends and family we love and adore, so we hope to have some kind of Open House or Farewell Party in the next 2 weeks to get our “See ya later” hugs once we get our house on the market.
We are shooting for Dec 5th or 6th and will post here once we go Live on the market so you can all “Share”! 💕
