Sierra Oaks runs a little easier every day thanks to our OA, Elena, who keeps everything organized, supported, and moving in the right direction behind the scenes 🙌 She is a steady force in the office, making sure details are handled and nothing falls through the cracks!

Outside of work, she is always in learning mode with from scratch projects like homemade ice cream, sourdough bread, and pasta, and she is already thinking about what new challenge to take on in 2026. Any suggestions? 😋
