I grew up in the Arden Arcade area and, except for those years of living in NYC and Australia, this has always been home. I love helping people achieve their real estate goals whether they are first-time home buyers or seasoned investors. One of the proudest days of my job is when I hand over the keys to someone who

will be stepping into their new home especially if it's their first. I got my certification as a First Time Buyers Specialist so I could be sure to guide new buyers down the path with the most success and the least amount of stress. As a certified property manager, I am able to better serve my investor clients. Not only can I help investors find a quality income-producing property but help maintain and increase the value of the home by making sure we find qualified tenants, conduct regular inspections, and properly maintain the property. I work with many investors and manage a variety of residential properties in the Sacramento region ranging from single-family residences to multi-unit properties. I have the knowledge and expertise required to help those wanting to buy or sell tenant-occupied properties. Newcomers to the Sacramento area can be sure that I will help them decide what area would best suit their wants and needs. Although I was born and raised here, I lived in NYC for 7 yrs then moved to Sydney where I lived for 23 years and became an Australian citizen. Newcomers to the Sacramento area can be sure I will point out all the beautiful and unique qualities this region has to offer. I am local I am global. With our association with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, I am able to provide real estate help for anyone who is needing to move out of this region no matter what part of the world you are in. Since 2021, I've been imparting my passion for real estate and my expertise in the field by serving as a mentor for aspiring agents who are embarking on their sales careers at Lyon Real Estate. It's truly gratifying and one of the most fulfilling parts of my job! My interests outside of real estate include spending time outdoors, going on hikes, attending concerts, going to the theater, and meeting friends or family for meals or coffee. I'm a pop culture enthusiast. I love music and singing and have been a Sacramento Choral Society and Orchestra member since 2015.
